The dissertation is devoted to the treatment problems of psoriatic patients with attendant chronical alcoholism. For the first time the clinical manifestations and course of psoriasis have been complexly investigated on the patients with attendant alcoholism. The state of immunity status, function of liver and cardiovascular systemic have been analyzed on the patients with such combined pathology. In process of the study the peculiarities of the clinical manifestations of the dermatosis, patients, haemodynamics and metabolism changes and immunity status, caused by the combination of psoriasis and alcoholism, have been determined. Relying on the analyses of the character of the disease pathological changes, the patients have been distributed over the groups, for these groups complex differentiated method of corrigent therapy has been worked out and inculcated; clinical and laboratory estimation of its efficiency has been given.
