Matherial -169 patients with hypospadias. The purpose of this work was to the improvement of anatomo-functional results of a one-stage urethroplasty by way of optimal usage of surgery methods depending on hypospadias form, optimization of methods and postoperative care of patients.Methods and apparats - X-Ray, ultrasound, urodynamics; "EDR 750B", "Aloca SSD1100", "Mercur-4000". Summary: theoretical part - shown is the course of urodynamic changes of the lower urinary ducts on different stages of postoperative care; practical part - Proposed is the scheme of choice of technique methods of a one-stage urethroplasty and algorithm of patients’ postoperative care, elaborated are methods of prophylactics and correction of one-stage urethroplasty complications.
