Pylypenko L. The interrelations in a system parasite - host plant at the potato globoderosis

The objects of the research are potato cyst nematodes. The objective purpose is to study of interrelations in a system parasite - host plant at the potato globoderosis. There were used field and laboratory research methods. In the first time in Ukraine it was found out the peculiarities of developing of the potato cyst nematode on potato varieties of breeding in our country. It was revealed some mechanisms of interrelations in a system "the potato - G. rostochiensis" (antixenosis, reaction of supersensitivity, antibiosis). It was developed and improved the method of evaluation of initial and breeding material of the potato on the resistance to G. rostochiensis. It was evaluated the resistance to the nematode of 2835 varieties, hybrids and species of the potato. It was got the coauthorship for new breeded variety of nematode resistant potato "Дніпрянка".
