Essay

There was studied the role of the change's of PLO and AOS in pathogenesis of cardiovascular impairments in pregnants with iron deficiency anemia. There was stated, that in pregnants with mild anemia stage prevails normodynamic type of the regulation, with medium stage - hyperdynamic and with heavy anemia develops hypodynamic type of blood regulation. One of the main reasons in the development of it are changes of the parameters PLO and AOS. The examination showed, that in pacients with mild and medium stage of iron deficiency we can use only traditional ferrotherapy. But in pregnants with heavy anemia - only complex with antioxidant - Emoxipin.
