Essay

Social effectiveness of organizations in transformational society. The dissertation work concerns the characters of organizational structures, syste9m signs and social effectiveness of organizations in different conditions. It is proposed an identificational model of optimization the process of structuring the organization as ideal variant to which the rial organizations should crave for. The analysis of the activity of the basic organizational types as a product of determinate socio-cultural environment has been made. The spheres of application are the management consulting and the teaching work.
