Puryshkina O. Studing of changes of indicators for blood serum thesography with eczema patiens in dynamics of complex eczema treatment using microwave reasonance therapy

Complex clinics and laborattory investigation of 120 patiens with real and microbal eczema using thezographical, immunological and gas-chromatology methods for lipids indification was perfomed in order to develop the pathogenic complex method of eczema treatment using MRT. It is indicated that patients with eczema have clear distruction of blood serum thezagraphy indicators, presence of immunodeficitus with CIK level increasing and also changes of fatty acidic spectrum of serum and plasma blood. Correlated connections, especially of medium force, between investigated indicators were revealed. Data of the investigations have revealed that thezographical method may be used as a subsidiary diagnostic test with eczema and also as prognozed one in dermatose therapy dinamics. A new complex method for eczema treatment with MRT and "Dermazine" creme localy is developed. The creme containing silver sulphadiasine increases the effectiveness of treatment and enlarges the period of dermatosis remision. The terms of eczema treatment are decreased.
