Tkachuk P. Administrative and territorial system of the rural district.

The research object is regulation of the rural district’s legal status as an administrative territorial unit and as a subject to the state legal relations. The research objective is to develop the theoretical methodological concept and legal regulation as well as the administrative territorial system of the Ukrainian rural districts implementation using national and international experience. The research methods are materialist dialectic, historical legal, comparative legal, systemic, structural functional, formal logical, sociological, statistical. This is for the first time in the national Constitutional Law the issue of administrative territorial system of the rural district under conditionals of independence and democratic changes, taking place in the country has been studied theoretically. The conclusions and propositions made in the Thesis can be used for drafting of legal normative acts on administrative territorial organization, for resolving of the administrative reform’s territorial probl ems, in the local government bodies’ activity, in scientific research and training process. It is planed to publish a manuscript on the topic of research. The spheres where this research can be used are law drafting, practical activity, scientific research, and training process.
