Onyshchenko M. Evaluating investment projects of enterprise (from a methodical and organizational aspect)

The research object: machinebuilding enterprises. The research purpose: the development of the methodology of estimation of the investment projects of enterprise which would allowed to determine efficiency and the risk of capital investments, was adapted to economic conditions existing in the Ukraine and contributed the acceptance of well grounded investment decisions. The methods of research and apparatus: system approach, economic-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the system of indicators for the evaluation of efficiency and the risk of capital investments is theoretically substantiated, it gives the ability of credible estimation of the investments projects of enterprises; the methodical approach to the evaluation of risk of capital investments with allowance for inflation influence on the effectiveness of investments is worked out; the order of estimation and the comparisons of the investment projects of enterprises with allowance for risk is substantiated; the regularities and connection between variation of price on the production of some Ukraine industries and by the results of investments are detected. Subject and degree of realization: scientific results found its application at the joint-stok company "Tochpribor" (Kharkiv) and in the economic department at Oblgosadministratsiya (Kharkiv). The application sphere: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
