The dissertation is declicated arrythmias prevention and raising of the effectiveness ofit's treatment and also is revealing tors,which uld provoke arrhythmias beginnings or imparance in cases of coronary artery disease and cardiomyopathies. Physical and mental disadaptation of regulative systems is ascertained to increase the risk of different complications during geomagnetic influence. In such conditions patients are responding not only to real, but also to the prognostically unfavourable days. That is why the sense of a such preventive prognostication is doubtful. It's a differential psycho-correktion with psychotherapy and (or) remeclies which allowed us to reduce the dosage of anthyarrhytmical and other therapy and frequency of drug taking in 48% of patients and promoted in a recovery of an adequate reaction at the geomagnetic deviations in 82% of patients.
