3. The object of the research is the institute of the state's head (monarch, president) in foreign countries. The goal of the research is to discover the main characteristics of the institute of the state's head, to give the definition of this concept, to study native and foreign experience of its creation and functioning. The methods of the research is a complex of scientific methods: system analysis, concrete-sociological, concrete-historical, comparative-law. Theoretical and practical results of this work are formulated conclusions and recommendations of the thesis, which can be used in the process of further study of the political and legal status of the state's head in the system of the highest authoritative bodies, for the improvement and further development of constitutional concepts, which deal with the institute of presidency in Ukraine, in the educational process. Innovation of the research of this thesis is that this is the first synthetic work in the native juridical literature, where the i nstitute of the state's head and his status in different systems of government is analyzed in the historical-law aspect. The level of introduction: publication of a monograph and of a textbook is planned.This thesis will be used in the legal sphere, in scientific researches and in educational process.
