Reznikov O. Reconstructive microsurgery in rehabilitation of the patients with defects and scar transformations of forearm-hand segment tissues

The thesis is devoted to a problem of reconstructive and restorative of patients with defects and scar transformations of forearm-hand segment tiessues by means of microsurgical of autotransplantation of composite tissue complexes combined with other surgical methods. There have been created guidelines to application of reconstructive surgery by the defects and scar transformation of tiessues of the forearm, wrist and hand area. Criteria of choice of the kind of the kind of complex flat at a vascular pedicle depending on pathology, localization and dimensions of the defect as well as structural-functional impairment of the forearm-hand segment have been defined. In accordance with it, the optimal tactics of surgery has been developed.
