Geodetic works in building of covered constructions. To develop methods of the precision calculation of geodetic works in assembling of shell. Probability statistical methods of a theory of probabilities and mathematical statistics and of reliability theory. Methods are developed: precision normalizations of technological stages of assembling shells (including geodetic works) and of modelling fields of initial saggings of shells. The methods determine an optimum precision of implementing geodetic works. Results are introduced into production. Application area is applied geodesy
