In this dissertation work the antiarrhythmic efficiency of medicamentol (finoptinum, allapininum, renitek, kozaar) and combined therapy in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease complicated by heart rhythm disfurbances has been substantiated. The criteria, of prognosis and antiarrhythmic treatment efficiency have been designed and scientificaly substantiated.
