110 patients in noninsulindependent diabetes mellitus. To improve the results of treatment of purulent and inflammatory complications in diabetes mellitus. Methods of research: clinical, biochemical, imunological, microbiological. Apparatuses: SF-46, KFK-2UHL 4.2, "Beta Gamma- 6 meter, ALOU-2, EDO-3M. Relationship between degree of disorders in the homeostasis systems and severity of developing endotoxicosis in diabetes mellitus with purulent and inflammatory processes had been revealed for the first time. They had learnt influence of different methods of treatment: intravenous laser irradiation of blood (ILIB), electrochemical detoxication (ECD) and combined use of ILIB and ECD on the disorders of homeo stasis system, their dependence on endotoxicosis severity and revealed what method influence is more effecient on one or another links. Pathogenically validated method of purulent and inflammatory processes treatment in diabetes mellitus had been worked out and reduced to practice in surgical departme nts sity of Odessa. Resultates of researches are using in studies programs of surgical chaires in OSMU. The efficient of redusing: shortens the term of staing in in-patient department, decreases number of high amputations, makes the treatment cheaper. Sphere of using: surgical departments.
