Essay

The dissertation deals with studying the hemomicrocirculatory bed in different periods of development of the lower extremities subeutaneous veins acute thrombophlebitis before and after surgery. The reseach resulted in establishing the fact that in the lower extremities subcutaneous viens thrombophlebitis there were changes in hemomicrocirculatory bed of the eyeball conjunctiva, nail bed ant the clotted viens adventation which are especially prononnced in more later periods of pathological process development. Patiens with the subcutaneous varicose veins acute thrombophlebitis besides the above things demonstrated changes in the lower extremities arterial system, the latter being manifested by a decrease in reographic and pulse indices, a decrease in maximum and minimum blood flow speed. Positive dynamics of these changes were observed after the operation. The efficiency and expediency of surgery in an acute thrombophlebitis was substantiated pathogenetically. Absence of positive dynamics in hemomicroc irculatory bed of the eyeball conjunctiva and nail bed after surgery was a sign of the healthy extremity acute thrombophlebitis development.
