Object - the patients with ishemic heart disease (IHD). Aim - to incresed the efficincy of treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. Methods: ADP-induction platelets aggregation, determination of level endothelial and platelets factors of hemostasis (endothelin, prostacyclin, tromboxan, cAMP, cGMP, fibronectin, plasminogen, products of fibrinogen degradation). There is established that IHD is characterized by endothelial dysfunction development and increase of hemostasis activity. The ACE inhibitors promote regulation of platelets-wall interaction and decrease endothelial dysfunction. Cardiology, therapy.
