Dubko Y. The Soviet Socialist Republic of Tavrida: historical and legal aspects

In this job on the basis of theoretical development of problem of a state autonomy the condition on 1918 are investigated the reasons of creation of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Tavrida (SSRT), its legal status. It is marked, that the plan of creation of SSRT was not connected with self-determination of Crimea, but became a consequence of military and political plans of Political bureau of CC of RCP (b) which was led by Lenin. The State legal organization of SSRT was constructed by analogy to Soviet Russia. Its political regime is determined as totalitarian. The estimations of internal politics of SSRT as successful, that were given by the Soviet historians in the recent past, was groundless. SSRT did not spend the independent external politics, had no Constitution, the institute of citizenship was not made out legislatively. In the dissertation was made the conclusion about the usefulness of the creation of SSRT.
