Essay

The dissertation attacks the problem of improvement the reliability end economy of pumps for mortar pumping over pipe lines. A new, more reliable scheme of curved - tenon lever drive of differentiated plunger has been proposed and patented. The vertical pump was highly appreciated in building industry. Absolutely new mechanism of the origin of mortar loss through ball cocks based on the mathematical model of the development of engineering methodology of pump officiency calculation. Some recommendation on the structure improvement permit to design and introduce more efficient mortar pump as a part of modern mechanised process of plaster work in building industry.
