Object of study were 118 examined patients, among them 72 patients with cerebroischemic form of arterial hypertension (CIFAH) and 46 patients with essential hypertension (EH) stage II. The aim of the work is the study of the state of central and peripheral hemodynamics, blood circulation in extracranial arteries and lipids peroxide oxidation in patients with CIFAH and EH stage II. The peculiarities of hemodynamic status and peroxidation processes in patients with CIFAH depending on the degree of blood circulations damage in extracranial arteries were revealed. High level of antihypertensive and antioxidant activity of buccal dosage forms of niprucel and nimodipine as means of monotherapy for patients with CIFAH and EH stage II was determined. The method of treatment is introduced in practice clinical of town Zaporozhye and is used in educational process of medical high schools
