Essay

Miners, who have been contacted with manganese oxides; rats. Elaboration and scientific proof of ways' diagnostics and prevention of nervous system alternations in miners of manganese industry, that have to prevent chronic mangantoxicosis development. Methods of researching were: clinical, paraclinical, morfological, epidemiological, mathematical-statistical. New ways of diagnostics and treatment of early manifestations of mangantoxicosis have been carried out, as well withs prophylaxis has been improved. Introduction of elaborated methodical recommendations allowed to reduce general morbidity of miners in manganese industry. The area of application is occupational medicine.
