Yuzikova N. Criminal and Legal Problems of Responsibiliti for the Crimes Against Minors.

The thesis deals with problems of criminal for the crimes against the minors. On the basis of investigations undertaken in the minors legal defence area, corpus delicti against the minors analysis according to the Ukrainian criminal code currently in force, the author suggests to introduce the norm, of '' obligation on minors upbringing non-execution'' into the criminal code. The author also suggests the following: - to unite all the crimes against minors into one chapter, - to introduce the special subject into currently in force norms provided for the responsibility for the crimes against the minors. The present thesis specifies such notions as : parents minors abuse of rights, parents obligations on minors upbringing. The thesis also defines criminal policy fundamentae trends in the field of minors criminal and legal defence from felonious infringements.
