The dissertation represents the results of investigations of rhythm and conduct disturbance in 154 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. The ventricular premature contractions Lown's grade 4-5 was depended of chronic renal failure, hypertension, left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular dilatation and heart ischemic desease. The supraventricular premature contractions was depended of chronic renal failure and left atrium dilatation. The disturbance of conductivity was not different in patients with chronic glomerulonehpritis comparative in patients with arterial hypertension ore healthy.Prolonged used of amiodarone importance for treatment of ventricular premature contractions, propranolol and verapamil – for the supraventricelar premature contractions.
