Essay

The Dissertation is investigated the processes and law grounds of formation and use of treaty as the source of Constitutional Law of Ukraine. It is said that at present conditions of the Ukrainian state development, the treaty form of the relations of the Constitutional Law subjects can and must not only become suitable form of the solution of the argument situations which arise during the process of the functioning of society, state and personality; but the treaty becomes an ordinary source of Constitutional Law.
