Our work is based on observation carried out on 395 patients who had undergone surgical treatment. The choice of optimal surgical treatment for sclerocystic ovarian syndrome, prophylaxis of peritoneal forms of infertility after operation on the ovaries; the search and perfection of operation technics are still important issues for discussion. To devise the most optimal pathogenetically based method of surgical treatment to effectively improve restoration of generative function.
