The object of the research : enterprises on flax production and processind in Polessye of Ukraine. The aim of the research: to generalize theoratically the criterice and the indices of the effectiveness of flax produce production , to substantiate the methodological aspects of the complex analysis of the effectiveness of flaxsowing farms and flax mills function, to find the potential reserves and to work out the scientifically founded recommendations as to flax production stabilization the raise of its effectiveness under the conditions of market reforms. The directions of quality system reorganization of flax thrash are worked out. The directions of improvement of economics relations among the enterprises of flax production subcomplex are proposed.
