Zadoyanchuk O. 3.Political Aspects of Formation of Civil Society in the Ukraine

3.In the thesis a conception of civil society and political aspects of process of its formation in the modern Ukraine are analysed. Essence and sense of an idea of the civil society as a sphere of non-state social institutions and relations, particularities of its conceptions on different stages of social-historical development were discovered in it. A political character of the civil society was also grounded and its correlation with law state, as well as particularities of its manifestation in different political regimes were defined in the work. Besides the political institutions of the civil society - constitution and laws means of direct and representative democracy, political parties, interest groups, mass media, organs of self-government were outlined in the thesis as the means of civil society influence on the state, and the sense of processes of their formation in the Ukraine during the independent years were also discovered.
