- The dissertation is devoted to the study of the coronary reserve and functional state of the cardiac muscle with the patients in the period of post-hospital treatment of myocardial infarction in policlinics under conditions of forming post-infarction cardiosclerosis. Methods of individual choice of medical remedies for the prolonged treatment according to the results of the sharp medical tests have been worked out for the first time. Changes in the coronary reserve and funstional state of the cardiac muscle have been analysed under conditions of the prolonged use of the combined medical treatment with further determination of the comparative effect in combination with intravenous laser irradiation of blood. The field of application is practical cardiology. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
