The work is devoted to improvement of the methods of surgical treatment for patients suffering from a vasorenal hypertension complicated with chronic renal failure. The frequency of the chronic renal failure development in patients suffering from renal arteries' stenosis and its depending factors are established by the author. Indications for different methods of surgical treatment in such a kind of patients are revealed. The effectiveness of these methods for treatment of hypertensia and renal function improvement is shown also.
