Bulakh O. The upgrading of the choice of solutions to the problems of the Traffic Service conceming an increase in traffic safety

The dissertation discusses an increase in traffic safety through the agency of the Traffic Service. A dassification of solutions to the problems of increased traffic safety on highways has been worked out. A cumulative, analytical information data base has been set up, called ' Solutions to the problems of the Traffic Service concerning an increase in traffic safety', the method of it's supplementation and the creation of new versions, instructions for users, larger algorithms of choice of solutions, directed to the elimination of misatisfictory road conditions. A proposed method for the evaluation of automobile traffic conditions at critical periods between moments of complete lapse in concentration of the driver while driving the car and moment when a situation arises, the result of which could be road-traffic accident. The results of the investigation are used in the elaboration of two normative documents and introduced in every Uprodor and Oblavtodor in the organization Ukravtodor.
