.Thesis contains research results of hydrodynamics and heat exchange in apparatus with spouting layer of milled, wheat, split peas based on their outflow and the formation of arch in a bunker of a apparatus, based on the velocities of material particles near the apparatus‘ wall, based on the external heat exchange between the spouting layer and the heat exchange surfaces dipped into the layer. The equation has been derived for the calculation of maximum values of heat exchange factor as applied to apparatus of periodical and continuous multijet layers of this material. Hydrodinamics and heat exchange particularities on rotation directions of their construction. An example calculation of the apparatus and new tehnical decisions it have been presented.
