The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and experimental researches of air-lift apparatus hydrodynamics in order to intensification of grow process of different cultures of foood, microbiological and pharmaceutical industry.Analysis of experimental check of kinetics dependencies and main hydro-dynamical patameters of air-lift working environment mix process has been done.Main hydro-dynamical defects are showed and ways of theirs removal are elaborated.Vjdernisation of Lefransua-Variye type air-lift apparatus are practical realised.
