Essay

The Dissertation is dedicated to the development and introduction of a complex of the scientifically substantiated triboengineering, technological and design decisions, with regard to the nature of the operating environment which ensures creation of the processing equipment with an upgraded service life for application in various branches of food production. The paper contains a new conceptual approach to the solution of the problem of reliability and durability of machines and apparatus of the food and process industries of the AIC, which is based on the mathematical modeling of tribocontact interaction and thermodynamic modeling of the corrosive and mechanical wear of materials in the processing environment, with allowance made for the corrosion and wear criteria. Based on the obtained mathematical models, the progressive technological processes of application of protective coatings are experimentally substantiated. The main results of the work have found an industrial application for improvement of the operational characteristics of the process equipment of the AIC.
