Essay

Sperm and follicular fluid. To study the possibility of improvement of sperm fertility with the help of follicular fluid and find its optimal preserving regimen. Spektrofotometria, cryopreservation, centrifugation, optical microscopia, cultural. Specord UV VIS (Germany), Djuar vessel, copper-copelev thermosteam, centrifuge РУ180Л, mikroskope "Leitz" (Germany), CO2 -incubator "Forma Scientific" (USA). We studied the effect on FF ability to increase kinetik characteristics, survival and fertile ability of motile sperm. We investigated the effect of low temperature FF storage on lipid hydroxid content, some antioxidant enzyme activity. We offered the way of low temperature FF storage that max. preserved its biological features. For the first ti me we definded the lipid peroxidation level in FF, its antioxidant system activity and their changes in the process of low temperature storage of FF. Selection of motile sperm fraction from ejaculate using native and cryopreserved FF according to the t echniqu e offered. It applied in treatment of infertility couples in department of cryobiology of reproductive system of Institute for problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine of The National Academy Of Sciences of Ukraine. Techniques worked out may be re commended as treatment methods in medical establishments which are deel with infertility diagnosis and treatment and assisted reproductive techniques and also in research-scientific establishments which are deel with investigation of biological media i n particular.
