Essay

135 patients with coronary heart disease were investigated with the purpose of optimization of treatment, with the help of clinical and laboratory researches, including definition of endothelin-1 levels by radioimmunology method, prostacyclin and thromboxane A2 levels by immunoferment analysis and platelet sensibility to proaggregate influences. Is established, that endothelium disfunction is accompanied by increase of endothelin-1 thromboxane production and by discrease prostacyclin production with the biggest changes in patients with acute miocardial infarction. Intensification of effects medicine of based therapy by addition ARB and ACEI is registered. The obtained data are introduced into practice of establishments of public health services in the field of a cardiology and therapy.
