The aim of the present paper was to analyse pathogenetic peculiarities of defelopment and new methods of effective treatment of acute myocardial infarction as one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality of population of defeloped countries. Role of some indices of endothelial dysfunction in pathogenesis of acute myocardial infarction and peculiarities of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors effect on them were investigated and on this basis differential schemes on correction of revealed disturbances are developed.
