Essay

The dissertation study is devoted to problems of mononuclear cord blood cells cryopreservation. The low temperature method of hemopoietic cord blood cells cryopreservation under safeguard exocellular cryoprotectors is worked out. The method of cord blood cells separation and their concentration is worked out. The basic results of the research were applied during the treatment of hemopoietic depressions by the patients with cancer disorders.
