The thesis is dedicated to analysis of legitimates of formation pathological defeats of faces of pre-recruits (teenagers- young men of 14-17 years age), living in particular social and economic conditions and in contaminated ecological environment of Donbass. The author gives in his worck complex hygienic characteristic of objects of an environment living conditions of the urban teenagers. As establiched that patological defeat og the young men is substantially determined by a level of the contents of a broad spectrum xenobiotics of ecological environment, and also factors of social and economic nature. It is also developed the forecast of dynamicsof pathological defeat of the young men in Donbass region up to 2005.
