Object of a research - individual apartment houses. The purpose of a research - determination of the scientifically reasonable recommendations on designing modern and perspective types of individual apartment houses. Methods of a research - analytical review of experience of designing, construction and inquiry of the inhabitants, customers and designers, dispersiblis and morphological analysis, method of an extrapolation, psychological researches, experimental and actual designing. The scientific novelty is determined by a typological indication and classification of modern individual apartment houses and perspective of their development, and also influence of the psychological factors to shaping of the ex-terrier and interior, main criterions of an evaluation of design development, degree of freedom of architectural solutions.
