Alyeksyeyenko I. The place end role a personality in the political system of society.

The concept of place and role of a personality in the system of modern society is defended. As the result of this research the conclusion was made that in the Ukrainian society the necessity for movement from the personality's liberation, from the state aggression and state ideology to the state of formation of institute of self-conscious and responsible citizenship as condition of forming the new legal society is need. The political system is a necessary mechanism only with the help of which, it is possible to accomplish the people's power, the people's sovereignty. Its basic content includes the reflection and realization of interests of personality, a citizen, of political layers and groups of society, nation and so on. The measure of realization of subject of the political system are determined by their social state, the place in Society, in political system, their ability to influence the activity of political power
