Essay

The work is devoted to the all - round analysis of corruption as an social political phenomenon. The issue of investigation during writing of the thesis is a conclusion that the eradication of corruption in Ukraine is possible only taking in to account the fact of modern social political development of the state, the crisis of their principal political and economic elements: the branches of the power, all processes of the transition from planned economics. At the same time in this investigation were used data of international experience were analyzed the main practical levers and mechanisms for rise effectiveness of this work.
