Галушко Є. The increase of effective use of innovational potential in conditions of transition to the market relations (based on the example of Donbass industrial enterprises)

Object of research: The machine-building enterprises of Donetsk region. Purpose of research: to work out theoretic, methodic and practical recommendations on the development of innovatory potential of machine-building enterprises on the basis of u sing advantages of new organizing forms and methods of economic activity arising as a result of economic reformation. Methods of research: system analysis, methods of statistic, technical-economic and logic analysis, method of expert estimates. Results: Diagnostic method of innovation potential state of the enterprise has been worked out. Recommendations on improving of controling personnel in innovation sphere of machine-building enterprises under conditions of transtion to market relations have been w orked out. Prositions on motivating mechanism to interest personnel in increasing effective work of innovation sphrer subdivisions have been proposed. Novelty: taking into account features of machine-building enterprises' innovatory potential the inerpr itati on of economic category "innovatory potennial" has been determined concerning new economic conditions criteria and methods to estimate innovatory efficiency, introdused at the machine-building enterprises have been worked out; the system of indices to estimate efficiency of using innovatory potennial has been propoused; diagnostic method of enterprise's innovation potennial state has been worked out, consisting succession of all stages in carrying out experiment, set instruments' description and i nformation sources to calculate indices and computer means of automation diagnostic process as well, ways of rasing effectiveness in controling innovating activity have been propoused in wich consentration of innovating activity functions in specializing innovatory service are members; rasing organization's adaption to changes of market midst by means of using special program forms to control innovations; improving personnel motivation system, expansion in using electronic computer machines.Applying fie lds: enterp rises of machine-building branch.
