Essay

There have been studied the peculiarities of the clinical cours and two variants of combination of perforation and bleeding in peptic ulcer are considered. There is considered the syndrome of "minor" symptoms on this pathology for a timely diagnosis this complscations. There is elaborated a rational surgical tactics on perforated acute-hemorrhagic gastroduodenal ulcers, which allowed to lower a post-operative lethality by 3,5.
