Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of coronary angioplasty and thrombolysis during functional left ventricular recovery and retaining of effect achieved within a year long observation. It has been stated, that left ventricular recovery occurs rapidly ( in 1 month) after coronary angioplasty, 3 months after systemic thrombolysis and by the end of a year - after basic medicamental therapy. The clinical course of diseas was worse with significantly higher complications incidence in the patients group getting only medicamental therapy. It is concluded, that effective coronary angioplasty and systemic thrombolysis may be applied for therapy of acute myocardial infarction.
