This is dovoted to the investigation of allergic skin diseases spreading among workers engaged in machine-building manufacturing and working out of the methods of treatment and prophylaxy.The investigation of general skin diseases spreading was made and spreading of allergic dermatosis was undertook as well. The data on complex investigations of thjse workers who were treated traditionally and in those who were treated in accordance to proposed method are presented. The main part of method which was worked out is confined to the usage of vacuum influence on skin of patients the intensity of which is depended upon the level of askorbate
