Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development and research of new methods of minimization of resistive-recombination and optical losses in silicon solar cells (SC) with diffused and induced p-n junctions. For reduction of resistive-recombination losses in SC with induced p-n junction its offered to use external bias. The minimization of optical losses are offered to by reaching by introduction in silicon SC structure of porous silicon (por-Si) layers. For improvement of antireflecting properties of por-Si the optimization of technology of its electrochemical formation is carried out. Efficiency of use of hydrogenated por-Si for minimization of optical losses in structures of mono- and multicrystalline silicon SC is experimentally confirmed.
