Essay

The object is legal nature, normative content and sense of the principle of personal inviolability. The goal is to determine the nature of the principle of personal inviolability in the system of the basic fundaments of criminal procedure and to design the structure of the normative content on this ground and to design the legal recommendations to improve the defense of the person. The methods are legal comparative, system-structural, and functional, legal logical, sociological, and statistical. Firstly in the domestic legal research of the criminal procedure on the theoretical level have been analyzed the nature and normative content of the principle of personal inviolability, which is to strength the normative aspect of the defense of the rights and interests of citizens. The conclusions of the dissertation may be used to improve the legislation of criminal procedure, in the legal research and teaching process. It is planned to publish the monograph and the teaching book. The improvements of the leg islation of the legal state of person in the criminal courts of Ukraine. The legal creation, legal research, teaching process.
