Terosypov V. A substantiation of technical and technological parameters of new ways of protection and repayment of opening for inclined coal layers of mines of Donbass.

Object of research - ways both facilities of protection and liquidation of developmentt drifts. The purpose of research - development of technical-technological parameters of new ways and facilities of maintenance, protection and liquidation of development drifts on coal mines of Donbass. The methods of research are based on a complex method, which includes: the analysis and scientific and technical generalisation of the domestic and foreign bibliography and experience of conducting mining works on maintenance, protection and destroying of development drifts; analytical researches of constructive - technological parameters of facilities of realisation of the offered untraditional technology; laboratory, test bench and mine experimental check of conclusions, recommendations and results, received in the dissertation. Theoretical results and the novelty consists in the following: the technology of maintenance, protection and liquidation of development drift on inclined coal seams specially created facilit ies from untraditional materials is developed, it is sharply reducing an expense on these technological processes; constructive - technological parameters of the offered facilities for realisation of the developed technology, in conditions for coal mines SHC "Lisichanskugol" for the first time are established; the analytical dependencies describing power and design-layout parameters of strengthening support for arch and frame of the unit for strengthening and cutting of metal, taken from destroyed drifts are received, in view of them durability of properties; the measures for safe technology of application of the created facilities of maintenance, protection and liquidation of development drift are developed, in view of the constrained dimensions of their working space. Practical results and the novelty is determined by use of the technology, offered by the author, and untraditional facilities of its realisation for maintenance, protection and liquidation of development drift in conditions on mines SHC "Li sichanskugol". Subject and degree of introduction the results of work have come by a component and are realised in: "Regulation for maintenance works and repair of the mechanised complexes, units and clearing combines in coal mines of Donbass", authorised by Minugleprom of Ukraine in 1999; the technical project "The unit for cutting the metal in mine conditions of a type АРМ", authorised by Ministry of Coal Industry of Ukraine in 1998.
