Continuous pipe rolling on a long mandrel. The development of rolling technology with the rational laying of lubricant on mandrel. Mathematical modeling, experimental researching on laboratory and industrial equipment are research methods. The mathematical model of lubricant layer thickness forming in deformation zone on a contact pipe- mandrel and coefficient of friction on continuous mill stands are developed. Continuous pipe rolling technology with intensive deformation on first mill stands and two layers lubricant on the mandrel are developed and implemented. Tube works are the scope of application.
