Efficiency: will be promote to dynamically development of different forms of farms in the countryside. Sphere and branch of implementation: agricultural economy and agricultural production organization. Research objects: agricultural enterprises of different forms of ownership and management. Research objectives: to study formation and implementation of economic estimation of activities of existing farm structures of different organization and legal forms, to scientifically substantiate directions of their development and efficiency increase using market economic tools Methods: economic and statistic, abstract and logical, monographic, analytical, graphic, sociological research. Theoretical and practical results: Concept of a farm form as an economic category and classification of farm forms depending on social and economic forms of combination of production factors have been made more precise; scientific and methodical approaches for reformation and restructure of agricultural enterprises of the public sector in order to form their structural subdivisions functioning on cooperative principles have been developed; the most important factors in development of farm formations and their internal subdivisions have been revealed; necessity of taking into account of social and psychological factors and the branch specific features in establishing and developing different forms of farm in the countryside has been substantiated. Novelty of innovation: Complex estimation of establishment and development of different forms of farms under the modern social and economic conditions in Sumy oblast have first been made. Basing on it the most prospect organization forms of farm and relations between them have been determined, defects and advantages of functioning of agricultural enterprises of different types have been revealed; scientific and methodical approaches for improvement of reformation and restructure of agricultural enterprises have been developed; directions and prospects for their development in market conditions have been determined. Degree of implementation: expounded in the thesis proposals and recommendations have been used during development of primary measures on increase of efficiency of the agro-industrial complex's development in the oblast and rajons and used at agricultural enterprises directly.
