86 patients by a myocardial infarction and 20 patients with unstable stenocardia are investigated, with the purpose of learning some mechanisms of development "silent" ischemia of a myocardium and influence antioxydant and trombolitic therapy on curent and prognosis of disease, with the help of daily Holter ECG monitoring, echocardiography and X-ray television investigations with use Diagnostic Monitoring Holter systems, sonography apparatus Тi 628А. The new pathogenetic mechanisms of development "silent" ischemia, value of metrics of a daily monitoring a ECG, influence of combined therapy are fixed, the scheme of combined therapy with application antioxydant and thrombolitic is offered.
